Prospeo pulls up to 200 people per firm. Claude Code splits them into Leaders (CXO + Founder) and Operators (facilities, RE, workspace, procurement), caps at 30 / firm, US-only. Prospeo unmasks verified emails; AI Ark validates inline and tops up gaps.

Personalisation & activation

We tag every reply by sentiment (positive, objection, unsubscribe) and route it into your CRM within minutes. Positive replies go to your SDRs or AEs to take from "yes, I'm interested" through to a booked meeting. We handle objections and unsubscribes on our side so your team only sees the conversations worth their time.

For medium volume campaigns of 30k emails/month, expect 15-30 first-time appointments per month. We don't do pure outcome-based pricing because infrastructure, list building, and messaging cost the same regardless of meetings booked, and outcome-only models tend to push agencies toward shortcuts that wreck your domain. We do stand behind the outcomes we forecast in the proposal; it's just not the billing mechanism.
