We implement Claude Code as your GTM brain.
Pick a play. Watch Claude Code run it.
A live look at the agentic loop - reading context, calling tools, writing to your systems. Choose a workflow to see exactly what runs.
It all starts with CLAUDE.md that knows your business.
Installing the CLI is the easy part. We engineer the three things that make Claude Code safe and useful for GTM work and hand them over, fully documented.
CLAUDE.md
Your ICP, scoring rubric, brand voice and hard guardrails — written into the one file every agent reads before it acts. On-brand and on-policy, every single run.
# CLAUDE.md
icp: proptech · 50–500 FTE · US/UK
voice: direct · <90 words · no AI-tells
guardrail: never send without approval
Specialised subagents
Focused agents with one job each — sourcing, enrichment, copy, routing — that run in parallel and check each other's work, so quality holds at volume.
Live MCP connectors
Wired into the systems your revenue runs on. Claude Code doesn't just suggest — it reads and writes real records, with an audit trail behind every action.
Six data workflows,
running on one account.
The list-building, enrichment and signal work that eats your team's week — moved onto Deepline waterfalls we design, monitor and tune to your ICP.
Search across providers for every account and contact matching your ICP — titles, geos, tech, headcount — deduped into one table.
Verified work emails cascaded across Dropleads, Apollo, PDL and more — each provider tries until the row fills, you pay per hit.
Direct dials and mobiles for the lists that matter — sequenced across phone providers with validation before they hit your dialer.
Funding rounds, job changes, hiring spikes, LinkedIn engagement — pulled on schedule and scored against your ICP as buying triggers.
Every contact and account in HubSpot or Attio enriched and kept fresh - industries, headcounts, titles, emails with no empty fields.
Replace overlapping per-seat tools and expiring credit packs with one usage-based account — and finally see what each lead costs.
From a tangle of tools to one brain.
Most GTM stacks are a brittle web of automations nobody fully understands. Claude Code collapses that into a single operator that reasons across your whole stack.
A brittle web of point tools

Every new motion means another integration to wire and babysit. When one breaks, nobody knows why and pipeline quietly leaks.
One Claude Code operator

One system reasons across every tool, explains every action, and improves as you correct it. New plays are a prompt, not a project.

FAQs about ClaudeCode.
It started in engineering, but the same thing that makes it powerful for code makes it powerful for GTM.
Claude codecan read context, use tools, and take multi-step action against real systems. Sourcing, enrichment, CRM hygiene and personalised outreach are exactly the kind of structured, repetitive work it excels at. We do the engineering - context, agents, connectors, so your revenue team gets the leverage without touching a terminal.
Yes, through MCP connectors Claude Code reads and writes real records in HubSpot, Clay, Slack and your sequencer.
But every action runs inside guardrails we define in CLAUDE.md: nothing sends without approval, every change is logged, and destructive operations are reversible.
You decide which workflows run fully autonomous and which pause for a human check. You're never handing over the keys, you're setting the rules.
Those tools run fixed, pre-defined paths - every branch has to be built and maintained by hand, and they break silently when something changes.
Claude Code reasons: it adapts to messy inputs, handles edge cases, and explains what it did. We still use Clay and n8n where they shine, but instead of a sprawl of brittle zaps nobody understands, you get one operator that orchestrates them and gets smarter as you correct it.
We work in phases so you see value fast.
Week 1–2: we write your CLAUDE.md context and wire the first connectors.
Week 2–3: the first workflow, usually sourcing or CRM cleanup that goes live under supervision.
By day 30 you typically have two to three workflows running and a clear backlog of the rest. It's an operating system that compounds, not a big-bang launch.
GTM Engineering is the umbrella - the full revenue system.
Claude Code is the intelligence layer we drop in to run the repetitive work across it. It plugs straight into the clean CRM from our AI RevOps work and feeds the campaigns in Outbound Automation.
Already have clean ops and just want the agentic horsepower? Start here.
CRM still a mess? We'll usually sequence RevOps first so Claude Code has trustworthy data to act on.
Deepline is the data layer; Claude Code is the intelligence layer that acts on it. They are designed to work together — Claude Code calls Deepline for sourcing and enrichment, then writes results into the clean CRM from our AI RevOps work and feeds Outbound Automation campaigns. Start here if your bottleneck is data coverage and cost; add Claude Code when you want the workflows to run themselves.
Two weeks from contract to first send. Week 1 covers ICP alignment, account mapping, messaging, tool setup, and infrastructure provisioning. Week 2 is domain warmup, sequence build, list load, and first send.
End of month 2 is when reply rates and meetings find their rhythm. Month 3 is when we know what's working, kill what isn't, and double down.
Fixed monthly retainer, starting at $2,500/month and scaling with scope. Most engagements land between $2,500 and $6,000/month depending on email volume, channel mix, geos, and whether CRM/RevOps work is included.
We don't do pure outcome-based pricing because infrastructure, list building, and messaging cost the same regardless of meetings booked, and outcome-only models tend to push agencies toward shortcuts that wreck your domain. We do stand behind the outcomes we forecast in the proposal; it's just not the billing mechanism.
